This is made out of decent quality neoprene and it definitely keeps your head and neck warm. It fits well and the seams are stitched nicely. It’s really convenient that the hood extends down your neck and onto your shoulders a tiny bit, as this allows your wetsuit to seal over the neck of the hood, adding to the warmth. This helps keep water out and is especially useful with bigger waves so the hood doesn’t get pulled off as easily. It’s almost like having a suit with a built-in hood.☺️👍🏼👍🏼
