I am using this belt for maternity support on my belly. I bought a medium size and fits perfectly on me. The Velcro on the belt is absolutely helpful to adjust the tightness on the body. I donot recommend wearing directly on the skin due to the texture of the material. It’s best to wear it on the inner clothing, I wear it on camis. I feel great after wearing the belt. Recommending for postpartum lower body support.

I bought an XL. I’ve had it on over an undershirt and underneath my tshirt. Yes, you cannot wear on bare skin. It’s very very scratchy. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5 rating…the fit is good, the Velcro holds well, align it carefully

I wish it was made of more comfortable material. I would give this a 5 star but after a very short period of time I had to take it off. If this is worn over a shirt then it wouldn't matter. It had many adjusting straps which is great. I will be returning this item.

Purchased for use after abdominal surgery and very effective support without being bulky. Level of compression easily adjustable and extra fixed bands are tightened for maximum effect. Narrower than some available bands and more lightweight but not flimsy this was the most suitable for my needs over my stoma.

I could not disagree more with all the negative reviews of this product. Sure, it would be uncomfortable if you wear it against bare skin, but just wear it over your maternity tights or the stretchy part of the mat jeans and you’re all set! It holds in place perfectly and is discrete enough to wear under clothes without adding too much bulk. My insurance sent me a massive pregnancy band that looked and felt like a chastity belt, so I am very happy with this affordable and subtle smaller alternative.

Lo compre para aguantar un poco la barriga en el embarazo y reducir los dolores de espalda. Pero el material sobre la piel no es nada agradable. Lo quería para el día a día por lo que encima de la ropa no lo podía llevar. Además que si se te mueve la ropa se mueve la faja.

I have EDS and my SI joints *were* giving me problems and a terrible amount of pain, but this belt has saved the day and pain is gone! Seriously, with the pandemic I was not happy to have to go to my specialist(plus no appts until March!). This has relieved pain and fears.I wear it low on my hips - right where trunk meets legs - and it stabilizes my SI joints completely! I was unable to walk for a week until I ordered this and only 14hrs into wearing it I was up moving.I can do my home improvement projects, bend forward, and sleep without the joints dislocating. I wear it 24hrs a day - except showering.Be sure and put it on top of your shirt bc the Velcro is powerful, so it hurts if it touches skin. Thick and very strong, adjustable bracing.

The belt does feel good on my back, however it runs very small and the fabric is not soft so you have to wear it over a shirt. I originally ordered a small belt after measuring and it was too small. I contacted customer service and they sent me a medium. I thought wow! Great customer service. The medium belt arrived and I swear it is barely any bigger than the small. I should I ordered a large? To put size into perspective, I am a very small boned etite 5'2" female and at almost 6 months pregnant, I weigh around 123 lbs. I have sacrum issues to where my joint pops in and out of place causing a lot of lower back muscle pain and spasms. This is my second pregnancy and it has only been worse. I was hoping for a wrap to help with support both in my lower belly and back. Well, not sure if this is it and I don't think I am going to order another. Maybe this will work post baby?
