This is not some 3d printed piece of junk, the item seems to be mass produced in real injection molded plastic. The numbers are easy to read, and the dials adjust easily making it a very functional item that's easy to use and easy to read. The items seems to be pretty durable, though I wouldn't throw it at anyone. It's sized just like an original. And if you've ever tried tracking down one of the real MTG counters like this, you'll know how much they go for. $20 for one of these might seem like a lot to someone outside the hobby, but to those of us in the know, this is decent value for the money. It looks like the image, and is colored properly. Overall I like this a lot, and would consider getting some for my friends, or carrying a few extra with me.

This wheel has been insanely useful while playing games. Whether tracking cards played, damage dealt, life remaining, or some other stat, it works way better than just using a dice. It's easy to spin but the dials stayed locked in place when you want them to. It's fairly small as well so it's easy to pack around and doesn't take up much table space. Highly recommended!

This is a great life counter for Commander games. The detent holds the number in place well but isn't loud when you click to the next digit. The color options are nice and the style looks great. My only complaint is a few of the numbers and one of the arrows weren't filled in completely with paint. I was able to correct this with some model paint so it wasn't a big deal. Overall very satisfied with this addition to my game bag.

Omg this hit point counter is just. Seriously. Fun. My theory is that if your RPG character dies, they go to gamer heaven and invent this hit point tracker so you will take better care of the next one. :) As a 40yo mom of two, I was just as surprised as anyone else when my neighbor invited me to join a D&D campaign - my first ever foray into RPG. Should have guessed I would love it given that I am a hardcore scifi and fantasy geek. Now I am hooked, we have an awesome game night every 2-3 weeks. This hit point counter will be a great addition to help tick down (or up!) hit points during battle encounters. I got the deep blue, it is a very attractive color. Get it, you won't regret it! 5/5 highly recommend.

I haven't played MTG in awhile, but I still have all of my cards and have been thinking about teaching my 13 year old how to play so we can have something to do together. I know I could just keep score of my life on a dice or piece of paper, but this is SO MUCH COOLER! I got him the bigger set to get started with and I can't wait to give it to him for his birthday because I know he will love it just as much as I do.It is made of quality materials and feels very sturdy. I would definitely recommend!

The good: It's a good size, with large and easily readable numbers. The dials are easy to turn on purpose, but won't turn by accident if it gets knocked over. The base is sturdy and stable, and it is easy to tell which numbers are face up. If you need to keep track of a number between 00 and 99, this will do very well. Ignoring the price, it would be five stars. The bad: It feels like cheap plastic. I have no idea what the actual costs are to produce this, but it doesn't feel like it should be $20.

A nice little tracking accessory for any kind of use, really, but mine is for board games. It can display a number from 00 to 99, making it great to use for pretty much anything. Only thing is, I wish this came in a 2-pack at least, to display scores for different sides - but I guess that just means you'd need to order another one. For a solo gamer, it's perfect as is.

Whenever I've played MTG, I've always used an app to keep track of myself and my adversary's life points. I've been trying to get back into a more immersive setup that isn't completely digital and came across this. This simple set up is great. You can keep track of up to 99 life points. The numbers are on a swivel that click into place with no fear of them moving if this thing gets knocked over for any reason. It's a neat design and the texture kinda makes it look like it's hewn from stone. I have managed to get over 100 life points a time or two, and that's the only crutch I could see happening, but that's very rare. If they made this in a triple row, it would look overkill, so I like it the way they've made it. You can always set two beside each other when one maxes out, start tallying up on the second one and mock your opponent with your dual life counters.Very cool, must have for tabetop gamers!

The price seems to be on the high side for this but niche products often are.Aside from that I have no complaints. It's a useful counter for a gamer to have whether it's Magic or some other board game. It feels solid, the numbers are easy to read and it turns easily but not so easily that it will turn when you don't want it to.
