This is pretty nice. I don't really love it (the arms sit out wide and low, and I hoped for more support in the back/neck as well), but my daughter loves it. She can recline comfortably into it, and likes to curl up in a little ball with the arms hugging her. The fabric feels really nice and soft, and the pillow itself offers firm but comfortable support. It did take a couple of days to fully air out and fluff up, and after/before every use, we have to re-fluff it again because the filling compacts and sticks. But it's a nice enough sitting pillow for those who can use it.

I used to use reading pillows all the time when I was a teenager and had totally forgotten about them. I'd been wanting something to prop me up when I'm reading or using my tablet in bed, and this popped up with perfect timing. I'd never heard of Nestl before, but the pillows looked so comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am so happy that I gave it a try.It's easy enough to set up, and only took about 24 hours or so to let it fully grow to size. The color is exactly as pictured and looks so pretty, matching my style perfectly. Aside from color, this is easily the softest pillow that I have ever had on my bed. I've had this pillow for a while now and I still catch myself touching it and thinking about how cozy it is. I didn't realize how many pockets this has, which was such a cool find. There are little pockets on the arms for me to keep my headphones and slip my phone if I need. The large pocket in the back perfectly holds my kindle or my tablet, making it super accessible when I'm ready to relax. The cushioning itself is absolutely amazing. The little memory foam pieces are so squishy but firm enough to keep me really propped up. I think you can remove some if you need it less firm, but it was perfect as is.My only complaint about this pillow is the smell. The instructions that came in the package said that it may have a smell but assured it would air out over time. I’ve used this pillow for a few months now, and I still smell it when my head gets down close to it. I thought it would have faded by now, which is too bad. It's nothing horrible and I can't smell it if I'm sitting propped up high, it's just something to keep in mind. Aside from that, this pillow has just been absolutely perfect. Some nights I have to fight over getting to use it, because it's just so comfy. I think I might order the purple one for my mother for Christmas!

I love this pillow! It is very soft and comfortable. It is much firmer than I expected, but that’s a good thing. If you don’t like the firmness of it and want it to be softer, you can always remove the foam inside. There is a slight foam smell, but I hardly notice it and they say it will go away after a few days. The product comes vacuum sealed, so they say to wait several hours for it to puff up. However, I took the fur cover off and put the pillow in the dryer for 30 mins and it was good to go! The inside of the pillow is chopped up foam, which is nice because you can move the foam around to adjust it to your liking. At first I thought the white part of the pillow had yellow stains all over it, but it’s actually just the yellow foam inside. I also like that it has 3 pockets. Overall, I would recommend this product!
