Need to be a super tech genius to figure out the app with several layers of pass words and user names you have never seen before. Just to add one satellite to existing system. Actually, impossible. Its only home wifi not Fort Knox.

I've had this system with 3 satellite booster units in place for several years. I've experienced no issues with the gear whatsoever. It just works.

I needed to extend my Orbi network. My original system had a base and 2 satellites. I wanted to reach my garage so another satellite was needed. Even though my system was several years old this additional satellite worked great and provided the coverage that I needed.

If this unit is purchased for use with an older Orbi system that was purchased several years ago, you may have to obtain online and telephone tech support to integrate it into that system. Out-of-the-box instructions aren't enough to get the unit working with an older system. But with the help of online and telephone tech support, I was able to reconfigure the unit. It's now working fine and has extended the signal from the base unit on our second floor to an outside porch on the main floor of our house.

I needed to extend my Orbi Mesh Network. The problem was that Orbi discontinued making the satellite I needed for my older Orbi RBR 50. I didn't want to buy the new Wifi 6 system which was very expensive. So I took a chance and bought this Home Wifi System Add-On Satellite - White (Renewed) and it worked great. Very easy to connect and my dead spot is gone. Hopefully this will buy me a few years before I need to upgrade my mesh network. The people at Pro Wireless were great and very fast at answering all of my questions.
