These transistors are known for being good in audio circuits, as they have low noise and a very low collector-emitter saturation voltage. To the extent I could test them in both of my transistor testers, they tested within spec. . . almost exactly in the middle of the road as far as max/min values go, compared to the data sheet. It’s nice that these are sold as complimentary pairs, with 25 of each. Note that some manufacturers have different pin-outs for these parts in the TO-92 package. The ones I received are: 1-emitter, 2-collector, 3-base. Have fun building some low power audio amps with these! 5 stars.

These should be fine for hobby work and appliance repair. Its nice to get corresponding npn/pnp pairs.
