the laserpoint 3 does not connect to the computer or laptop, technical support does not answer , the manual is incorrect, I made many attempts, I bought USB adapters, but the laserpoint 3 does not work

Product came couldn’t connect no matter what settings I changed wouldn’t jog left or right customer service doesn’t answer emails finally got ahold of someone had a new motherboard sent to me and now the machine is even worse sending it back to the manufacturer
