I have several cat condos and this is my favorite. It is really sturdy and well made. My cat has 2 of them. No cardboard or fake carpet. Made of solid wood and shaggy carpet. My first one has been so loved and used that I need to replace the rope and the 2 by 4's make it easy to replace. I am so happy.When purchasing this, be careful. Seller takes returns but you must pay the shipping and this is huge and heavy so will cost a LOT. Some people have reported damage and were told to contact the manufacturer and that is quite difficult.

I have had for about 6 months. My cats LOVE it. My only issue is that the toy ball came off already. My cats loved that part. My issue is that I cannot find a way to contact the company. I am hoping by writing this review they will reach out to me. Thanks!

My sweet Grayson is 15lbs, as you can see he fits lengthwise (he's a very athletic chonk by the way)I wish it was the same in width as in length and that they had an option of four sides instead of only three. I won't be knocking a star off since I knew what I was purchasing and always read all descriptions thoroughly.He and his sister have two other types of trees from New Cat Condos that they use regularly, all condos are sturdy and well made.

We were buying those cheaper versions online that really are basically made for kittens because they are so small with cheap fabric barely glued on to cardboard. Wanted something more substantial and we found it! Love the fact these are made with real wood so eventually when the rope gets torn off or the carpet gets torn we can replace it ourselves knowing the wood is not going to get destroyed underneath. These are well-made and our cats took to them instantly! We have Maine coons so the larger size bed and resting areas fit them perfectly! Our cats started using them before they were even put together. They did not like the smaller cheaper versions we have been buying. Liked this company so much we have bought four from this company! This smaller one was such a great price that we bought two. It came fully assembled in the box and our cats absolutely love it! Large oversize resting platforms are perfect for our big main coons and they love to smack a little ball around
