As described well made, can assemble in about 5 minutes, plush carpet, sturdy. The design is perfect for my older cat, the levels are like stairs, good size for small to large cats. The dimensions on the steps make it easy to jump to levels and the rim is the perfect height for a cozy secure nap, no rolling off. Thought it was a little pricey, but needed this particular design, the quality made me feel better about the price.

This is very sturdy, but it is going back because there is a strong chemical odor on it. It went outside right after we put it together. It also left a lot of pieces of the carpeting laying around that had to be cleaned up so the cats wouldn't eat them. Very sorry that it didn't work out.

This is the third cat condo I've ever purchased. I liked the design of this particular one but the quality is not very good, compared to the other cat condos I've had. Mostly it's the carpet. It's so thin that you can feel the hardware under it poking through. Sheds a lot just taking it out of the box and putting it together, so I can only imagine what it will look like after a few months. I will place some soft bedding in the sleeping areas and make the best of it. I would not purchase again, however.

Jazz (our kitty) loves her new tower. So far it seems to be working great for her. It was easy to assemble and there is minimal smell. The carpet appears to be high grade and we haven’t seen any carpet staples yet. Each level is spaced well unlike another of her towers from the same company, which was engineered very poorly, and are large enough for an 11 pound kitty with room to spare. This tower is also very sturdy and the base is wide enough to keep it from tipping badly. I highly recommend this tower.

I had to search a while to find this tree as my 9.5# cats don't like cramming into the tiny 12-inch diameter round sections that seem to come with 98% of trees. These 16-inch diameter, high sided circular sections are perfect for cats of all sizes. It's also made of carpet, which most cats prefer for climbing because they can easily hook in their claws. I usually have to coax cats to try new things, but Boo (pictured) was in this one on her own before I finished putting it together. She can leap straight up to the 48-inch high section without it wobbling, or claw her way up the pole. It is very stable. I didn't install the 2d tier round section as this tree makes a more secure (safe) perch for her with the bed on a 48-inch pole by itself. I took the 16-inch round section I left off and attached it to another cat tree (see pic) that had one of the tiny 12-inch ones. My cats love this tree, and I used part of it to upgrade another tree.

Sturdy. Attractive. Very easy to assemble. My two kitties like it - easy to access and climb around on. Also nicely sized and enclosed platforms for safety and comfort. Took off one star because some of the carpeting wasn't glued down very well.

Of all the cat trees I’ve bought on Amazon in the past, this is by far the best. Extremely heavy duty, doesn’t budge when my chonky cat climbs it lol. Others I bought in the past start out ok, but wobble over time. This one isn’t moving a bit and it takes a beating when my big boy cat chases his sister to the top. The round areas for the cats to lay are generously sized unlike other cat towers. And the edges are obviously raised and sturdy so you don’t have to worry about your little cinnamon rolls falling off while snoozing. The color is neutral and appealing. The carpeting is quality and easy to clean. This is a pricey tree, but worth every penny as I don’t feel like I’ll have to replace it as quickly as the last 2 I’ve bought. I’ll definitely buy this brand again in the future.

Last time I bought one of these (few years back), I bought the same general style, and bought it on Amazon from the exact same brand (New Cat Condos), for reference. The only reason I needed another was because I moved, and there wasn’t enough room in the truck for my old one, sadly. It held up to two cats for multiple years with no issues. These are sturdy, easy to put together, and seem higher quality than some of the others I’ve looked at. Solid-feeling wood with decently thick carpet overtop. No cardboard or thin fabric that breaks within a month! If a hairball or two ends up on it, I can clean it without worrying about ruining it, which I love.Posts and beds screw into eachother for a solid, no-wobble fit. Very easy to assemble, even had a little instruction paper. Flat wooden/carpeted platform on the bottom helps with keeping it upright when cats are going crazy on it too. I have one cat that likes to go nuts running around and wildly jumping into the tree, these ones don’t threaten to fall over on her while she’s zooming. To sum it up, I love this brand for cat trees/condos. Don’t mind paying a bit extra compared to super cheap options, as the quality is much better and they hold up. I recommend these to anyone with cats that like a high perch, and would happily get another if I ever needed to. (Hoping this one lasts for years like the last though.)
