Item arrived with standard Box and in excellent condition. All items included, even the plastic gloves. Only item missing was the reset instructions to reset the maintenance kit for in my case the HP 4515n printer. And that is easy to look up on Google.

Followed the instruction and installed the maintenance kit with no issue whatsoever. My printer back to life now. I save a lot of bucks.

Great item, the first one i got arrived defective but seller sent a replacement right away. The replacement was put in place and it has been working just fine.
