This is a 3 D-ring binder, which contains a single pocket on the inside cover, holding your documents neat and flat which provides less wear and tear on the paper. The Junior Thriftkit binder comes customized with the company name on thick-stock gold paper, inserted in the holder on spine of the binder. It comes complete with a customized Vinyl binder, matching slipcase, 10 customized Top Stub certificates, 1 5/8” Corporate Embossing Seal and pouch, 6/7 index divider tabs(depending on type of formation), a stock/membership ledger, and printed minutes & bylaws or operating agreement. We have used these kits for our small business clients since 2020. The quality in the material has been reduced. The last order in December came damaged, and the vendor made it a hassle to get replacements. We will use a different vendor in the future, probably Blumbergs.

I saved my client $100.00 by ordering the Corporate kit separately. The Agency who processed the paperwork for the corporation wanted $169.00 for the exact same kit. Makes for a very professional presentation.

Well received but vinyl binder's quality's little low than expected. Please add memo column for add'l request(ex, without numbering for stock certificate) and also add option to select different type of stock certificate at the customization section.
