I used it on my 2004 Ford f350. I don’t know how long it will last but for $40 it did the job. No more check engine and in my dumb state of California, it was enough to pass smog.

Worked for one trip and then quit. They are cheap but this is the second one in a year I have put in. First one lasted about 8000kms.

Great bit and value for the price. I did have to swap the gaskets on it for a different set like other users suggested. Also noticed on some of the metal surfaces are a bit rough. Functions like the original part; time will tell though on longevity.

Seems ok, but reviews from other buyers indicated that the O-rings were too large are correct. No big deal, I already had an OEM gasket kit on stand by. The real problem was that the new EGR was throwing a P0406 code (excess EGR voltage). I verified this with several high-end scan tools. Maybe this was a one-off, but I had to return. The price was very reasonable. OEM gasket kit is about $10 on Amazon or Autozone.

Works great for half the price! For all the reviews saying the o-rings are too large here is my tip. Rub just a little WD-40 or maybe a little engine oil on the rings and set it in. It will take a lot of force to try and seat it all the way on one go so, once you get it in and there is about half an inch of space left and it seems like it won’t go any more, start to put the bolts in and tighten each side a little at a time alternating sides. Fits right in!

I also have a 2005 6.0 and it would not seat. Could not get it to install. Took calipers to it and the only thing I can come up with is the O-rings are larger than the stock ones and are restricting it going all the way in. I tried, friend tried, multiple methods, wouldn't install. Had to go back to OEM. I'm not a fan of 1 star reviews, because it may function properly in the correct setting, but did not work for me and cause more frustration than the value was worth. It DID however come with the gasket at the top, so 2 blue o-rings (oem are orange) and the fiber type gasket at the top were all included. Sent it back.

Don’t waste your money. It did not fit properly and kicked the eng light on after install. I cleaned my old one and installed it. Waste of money.

Value priced EGR valve appears to be exactly identical to stock. Perfect fit for my 2006 6.0 F250. I've had no issue with it sticking or throwing codes, as mentioned in other reviews. It's an easy 5 minute install, with a crows foot, considering I've removed and cleaned my stock EGR several times before trying this. It did resolve my sticky EGR problem (black smoke and stuttering at certain times), and now that I have a backup EGR I can swap out to clean when the 6.0 one gums up this one.
