Terrible! And I didn’t get what I ordered! The product is so cheap looking. My order was missing 2 cups and I can’t get anyone to help me. Instead of sending me what I ordered they substituted products. I’m out of my money I guess.

The quality is poor and there were no stirring spoons included in the purchase from the purchase description. The material is plastic and the cups are smaller than described. I was expecting a more natural pure product.

They were supposed to be Christmas gifts.Im extremely disappointed in what I received.I will be purchasing something else in place of them.They can NOT be used intended purposes very small. Definitely not worth the $80 .Very cheaply made.

I was so excited for this mug. The picture and description made it seem like it would a crystal and totally rad. This is plastic and totally bad. Utter garbage and a complete scam. The only accurate thing about the description is that it is cup like.

Product was supposed to be made from crystal but is poly resin molded to look like crystal. Very small compared to size listed in ad. Not happy at all.Not worth the moneySpoons didn't even match the cups they came withStrong plastic smell.Not happy

The mug I received does not remotely look like the picture! The quality is subpar and the order took almost 2 weeks longer than it originally stated. I wish they never would have shipped it. Again, do not purchase this item!!!
