I bought this with some skepticism, but turns out to work GREAT! My silver rings look amazing after using this and then buffing to dry. My gold and gemstones sparkle too!

The product itself seems to work well but the packaging sucks. The first one I received completely leaked out into the packaging and was missing a cover. The replacement was still missing a cover and only a little bit of the product leaked out into the packing.

I use this product ALL the time. I make jewelry in my free time, for others as well as myself. I also do jewelry repairs... often... I always clean the beads and components before I do the repairs. This cleaner does a better job than any other cleaner that I have used. Unfortunately there have been several times that I have forgotten to take the beads or components out of the cleaner when it was done and they have sat overnight. Nothing was destroyed, or eroded, or any way wrong with the components or beads! Impressive... 'nough said....

FANTASTIC STUFF! I think the negative reviewers didn’t use this product correctly. Of course nothing you just spray on and wait one minute is going to work. I ignored the instructions after my first few efforts weren’t great. So I left the pieces in for an hour or two and it was amazing. I used it on sterling earrings I’ve had for 40 to 50 years and we’re unwearable because they were black with tarnish and it was just too impossible to clean them Works greatup enough with silver pastes or a polishing cloth which can’t get at the nooks and crannies. I used a soft toothbrush to touch up the tiny areas that still needed a bit of help. It hasn’t harmed any stones or turquoise and last night I totally forgot to remove some earrings from the solution and the silver just shone in the morning and the stones were unharmed! I’ve been taking it slow and using it on pieces I couldn’t wear anyway but I’m totally sold! I plan to find a long shallow dish around the house for bracelets that need to lie flat and other pieces that won’t fit in the top provided. And I’m going to buy more. It’s like I went shopping for free to get all these pieces in shape to wear again. Oh and did I mention this product worked GREAT?

I'm 58 years old & was cleaning out my 43 year collection of sterling silver jewelry, 75% of which has turquoise or similar stones. The only stone I put in the cleaner was black onyx ring & there was no damage. However, basically none of the silver I put in came out any brighter than how it went in. It made a slight difference on my newer pieces. I didn't try it on chains since they're so easy to clean/polish with a cloth. My polishing cloth and my hands did all the work.

Just received this the other day and love it! I had been a life-r on the solution/brush ‘thing’ and lost an accent diamond in my ring because of it. Why have I been doing so much ‘work’ all these years...... this was simple, leave it alone, no work... rinse and BEAUTIFUL! Plus its pure ingredients! (Which makes my husband smile!). Thank you!

I love you that you just clean the jewelry right in the lid. I think it did a pretty good job, better than my local jeweler does! I followed all the instructions but still it's not the best at cleaning my jewelry so I gave it 4 stars to be honest. I think it's works great for upkeep though.
