If you’re looking for something that’s quiet then this isn’t the fan for you. It does the job and spins but isn’t something I would recommend to others.

Good fan. Keeps i5 CPU cool. Doesn't reach advertised rpm. Max is about 3500.

I will say it is not the easiest thing to get a matching CPU fan. There are voltage requirements, and also the cooling requirements of the CPU itself. This one was my second attempt and worked great and it was only 10 dollars. Good value, fast shipping, worked great.

Bought this fan to replace the OEM unit that came with the processor. It is quieter and was easy to install. Thermal compound came preinstalled, don't touch it as I did, just clean processor with rubbing alcohol to remove old thermal compound and install new fan.

Der Lüfter sollte laut Angaben 5000 rpm machen ! Kommt aber nach Einbau auf max.3100 rpm.Auch die Leistung ist eher bescheiden ! Die Temperatur kommt unter Volllast nicht unter 85 Grad.Das hat mein alter Lüfter mit 2500 rpm mit 75% Leistung leicht unterboten. Zudem ist der Lüftermit Wärmeleitpaste verschmiert gewesen. Für mich ist der Artikel nicht empfehlenswert.

Got the cooler in short time. Was a little surprised that there was paste on the heatsink, I didn't expect that and it saved some fuss. Put it on a second-hand mobo with i7 4-core processor to test it all. Came up OK, temp was upper 90 degrees F at rated clock. So it was worth the modest cost to at least prove out the mobo and processor. I'll monitor temps if I put it to use, to build some confidence.
