Your cart is empty.The Wireless Keypad ( PN 050550 ) is an encoded radio keypad operating at 433,92 MHz.The best use of the product is on applications where an encrypted radio signal has to be used to control: gates, garage doors, rolling shutters, sun-blinds, anti-burglar appliances, lightings, etc. The code has a very high security coding system (19683 code combinations). The radio transmission is enabled only after the dialing of a security user code. There are up to 4+2 different channels that can activate up to 6 different receivers or relays. The internal memory can store up to 24 different security user codes and 1 Master code. The product fully complies with the European directives 89/336/CEE, 99/05/CE and Part. 15 of FCC Rules..

I received this item and the light doesn’t work to allow me to program the keypad to my combination. I reached out to them to try to return and get a replacement. However, they only allow a return request and they haven’t responded to that, when I tried again it said I’m not eligible to get a replacement.

Works great once paired. It’s VERY finicky to set up the first time. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to complexity of pairing. I expected it to be like most garage door openers but it’s several more steps than that.

I had on old one of these and it was wore out. You had to push the buttons way too hard to use it. I ordered this one and it was a piece of cake to install. The instructions were clear and I did it in about 20 minutes start to finish.

The new model has same part number as the original and has curved sides. The circuit board is sealed much better. Only time will tell, but seems it should be far more weather resistant.
