We don't have a 0-3mo baby, but we do have an 18" Zundamon plush that's about the same size. The outfit itself is very nice, with clear printing and soft fabric. It has buttons instead of snaps, which aren't an issue for Zundamon, but might slow access to a real baby during an emergency diaper change!

This pajama set was the very first outfit that I bought my then almost newborn baby. She ha since grown out of it, and I have it in my “keep” pile. It’s my favorite, I want one in every size!

This baby romper pajama is absolutely adorable! Size up! I am a little unclear of what the exact fit of this is supposed to be, but if you are looking for a longer pant suit pajama I would size up. If you are looking for shorts.. I would for sure stay the same. (Which is what I assume the intentions are because of how it fits.) This is a cool outfit for my naturally warm natured baby. She also has exzema so this is such a nice touch to her skin. If your child is super small the little collar is perfect spot to put pacifier clips!
