I'm so confused. All of the reviews say it's oversized. I purchased my usual size (I'm 5'1", a size 4 and got a small) and it's tiny! Like barely covers my butt. Seems like it was washed and dried/shrunk or something. Not worth the price at all. Returning.

All the reviews say true to size this is way to big I got medium and I’m 5’1 and 137 lbs always wear medium. Should have bought a small. Cute dress though. Nice material.
