I'm a foodie. Chef and F&B manager/director wearing many hats over the years, and as such, I love quality food prep devices. From running a small pizzeria to directing $10+ million catering operations, I have had a wealth and variety of experiences, most of which were quite pleasant and fun.So, when I come across a premium piece of food prep, I'm keenly interested. This one has me quite happy right out of the gate.First, the build quality is awesome. Time will always tell as to durability under use, and I'll make it my aim to update this review if I find anything negative along the way. For now, the item is simply super solid. I mean, old school solid, even to the power switch.I love this power switch! It hearkens back to the 50's and 60's, in simplicity and "thickness". It "feels good", substantial. I would say that runs all the way through the product. It offers all manner of variety of tool and equipment for different uses. Slicing, shredding, grating, etc... It has terrific throughput, with great ease of use. Clean up seems super simple, also, which to me is a requirement for a commercial piece of equipment, which this is to me.All in all, I think it's terrific. Use case? Any kitchen pumping out food, obvi, right? Still, I'll give you one peculiar one, which can work for me. Think of the baker who makes a lot of carrot cakes. Well, that's a lot of grinding or grating. Like, buckets full. With this item, I can do food prep for 50-100 cakes in just 15 minutes. That's huge.Now take that example and apply it how you like, and as many times over as you may. This is a resource, an asset, and that's a good thing. It will add value and profit, and or simply make your home life easier, if that's your thing.

We use this to make our dogs food. Makes veggie chopping super easy and it works like a charm! It's not the easiest to clean out, but it saves so much time with the chopping, that it doesn't bother me much! I love that it comes with so many attachments to get the veggies/fruit to whatever size you'd like. I felt like it would be much bigger than it is, so I'm happy with the size and that I am easily able to store it!
