Recently purchased a 2005 Sentra for my 16 year ild. Solid little car. Was having an issue with my throttle fluctuating, either idling too high, or dropping out after 10 seconds. Would not complete the re-learn rather it be with app or the pedal method.Replaced the MAF, CSP sensors. The car was very well taken care of. The throttle body that was on there was actually new. I decided to replace it anyways.This throttle body was built way better than the one I removed. Most noticably was the this one has a gold buttfly valve and the one I took off had a silver butterfly valve. This was a little heavier that the one I took off. Nice fiber gasket came along with itInstalled it and didn't have to even do a relearn. The idle was fixed and it stronger and smoother than before. Keep in mind the PCM is going to relearn while your drive anyways. You notice it the most when you are under a 1/4 throttle it will stumble like crazy. But it will beg to smooth out.Another thing I find interesting is there appears to be some kind of adjustment mechanism on top of the gear housing. Not sure what it's for but if I had to guess many to fine tune it or reconfigure it for other Nissan models. Of course I just left it along, but having that option is really nice. Every engine ages different, may need a small turn here or there lol

I bought this throttle body in September of 2023 is February of 2024 it all ready broke problem came back I need another throttle body again,I will buy a better quality than this trash .

TPS look good, worked well for about 6 weeks then started to give problems

I bought this to replace the throttle body on my 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S. After the throttle learning procedure (looked that up) it works fine. Simple nut and bolt install as well.

The advertising said is a new part, the part came in a open box? With obvious mark of been installed and remove it from a car , the bubble wrap have signs of grease. Regardless that I did installed on my car, so far good.

Its just like the original. I didn't gave 5 stars because it needs to be mounted and PROGRAMMED!!!???. Once done I'll be back with a COMPLETE UPDATE and review.
