Order arrived quickly and packaged well with no paper damaged. We begin printing w-2’s the first week of January and will test soon. I’ll update if there are any issues but, it seems as though this is the best value for what we needed.

The forms are great for quickbooks. The envelopes are junk! Not self sticking so get ready to lick, how gross is that and the forms do not match up good. I had purchased other ones last year from amazon that were good, these I would not purchase again.

Ended up having to place a January order because our provider could not process the W-2s for us and we had to do it ourselves. Great price and forms were delivered 2 days before promise date which was so appreciated! They ran well through our laser printer, they were easy to fold, envelopes are self sealing. Would def order again!!

When I ordered these products people were saying you could see the SS# in the address window. If you do not try and force the form all the way to the bottom of the envelope, which in turn makes the form wrinkle and the SS# visible. This is not a problem. The envelopes are a very tight fit for the form since you do not want them moving around. But if you just line up the top of the form after it is folded with the fold over of the envelope line, you cannot see the SS# and the form lays nice and flat.

I don't know what the reviewer who says the social security number is visible did, but when I use Quickbooks to print my forms, there is an "address only" section of the 3-up form that is designed to show through the window. No SSNs are visible. Anybody who orders a W2 envelope is going to have the same problem as the users who printed on blank paper-- I've never found a W@ envelope that wasn't too small for normal paper.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the quality of this paper. It's sturdy-- almost like a thin cardstock, and this paper is PERFECTLY perforated. I had leftover any-year forms from last year, in a different brand, that were hard to fold and separate the long edge because the paper was flimsy and the perforation wasn't always great. This brand was SO EASY to fold-- I could separate the long edges from 20-25 forms at a time and when I went to fold them, I really just had to bend the paper a little and it folded right on the perforations-- no creasing, no pressing flat. It really did cut my envelope-stuffing time by quite a bit-- this set went into envelopes SIGNIFICANTLY faster than the other brand I used. I never thought I could be enthusiastic about perforations before, but I literally made my coworker watch me fold one to see how great it was.The envelopes are NOT self-seal but that was a bonus for me because I find the self-seal envelopes can have a flimsy seal. The adhesive was relatively tasteless.

I don't know if the 5 star reviewers noticed this, but the social security number is clearly visible on the front of the sealed envelope. Further, the placement of the return window doesn't allow enough space to see the return city/zip. I use these on QuickBooks - all different versions as I am in the accounting business,One reviewer mentioned that the forms didn't fit QuickBooks. I think he/she had the form loaded backwards in the printer because mine print just fine. But the envelope... it's a REALLY BIG DEAL to expose people's social security numbers! Unfortunately, this late in the month, I'm forced to use them. I will have to cover the social with a sticky note or something. I'm certainly not going to expose myself to the liability of disclosing personal info like that! Completely unacceptable to not advertise as being incompatible with the most popular accounting software out there.
