I was looking thru article 250, the first day I got the book. The pages started falling out. The glue in the binding was bad or something. That was upsetting for me.I gave it 2 stars because it is at least the proper code.

The book is what I ordered, but some parts are very faint and difficult to read. There is highlighted text in dark gray and is difficult to read through. Some of the binding isn't holding and large sections of pages fall out. I taped them back in, but I shouldn't have to do my own book binding. So I'm not sure if this is a knock-off reprint or what. It does not meet the standards of NFPA documents (I've bought many) but it was so inexpensive, I really can't complain too much! It meets my needs and is a book I will not be using everyday, but be warned if you need to take it out in the field or use it all the time. It must have been a new book because there were no marks or other signs of use.

The book came on time and was what I ordered.However, I am a Journeyman Electrician and have bought many code books in the past. This one in particular was not constructed as durable as the rest. The cover is coated in a plastic-like material and is coming off in all the corners so I just put some tape around them to keep them from totally getting ruined. Several of the pages were stuck together to the point where I had to use scissors to separate them. Also the 'Fast Tabs' that came with the book were somewhat lager than past versions and did not have as many tabs for each individual article. I typically order from NFPA and their tabs are more plentiful to cover all articles. I have a 2011 & 1999 NEC Code Book that has held up for years and this one is somewhat disappointing so far. Don't think these remarks are directed at the seller but maybe the printing firm.
