The spark plug insulators are made of 99 percent pure alumina silicate, allowing for longer insulator noses for reduced fouling. This spark plug features a triple gasket sealing process that eliminates fuel leakage. It also includes a solid copper core that provides superior heat dissipation and conductivity. This spark plug has resistor that is produced with a glass and carbon mixture, which is fired to ensure superior performance and durability. It has corrugated ribs that prevent flash over and cold rolled threads to inhibit damage to the cylinder head.

They should last a long time. I bought these and within minutes read from all the internet know it alls on forums (where highest level of knowledge often is exchanged) how those were BAD for Tacoma and should always bow down to raising sun gods that know what works because it has Toyota stamp on it. Same crowd that knows Toyota buys a part from a supplier but won’t buy it directly there because of some kind of omen.Anyway, copper plugs were due per manual. Swapped them for these, no change in power or mpg but should las longer. Great

Ordered 2x MAR10A-J Spark Plug, I received 2 envelopes. One contained a spark plug box and the spark plug in question, the other envelope contained a empty spark plug box... not impressed.

One of the 4 was defective 9threads broke off before I even put a coket on it). Second NGK plug that's done that in the shop this month, ended up grabbing a different brand locally.

They are spark plugs. The threads were clean. They threaded in nicely and both plugs I ordered sparked. I'd call it a success.

I had to replace the original plugs in my '09 Ducati 848 after only 2000 miles. I think part of the problem is a very cold spring (riding temperatures around 45 deg F in the morning) caused the originals to fail. I haven't had any issues with these replacement plugs.

Fixed my missing problem in a 2008 Ducati 1098. Exactly the same as the factory plug taken out. .6-.7mm gap is needed for the 1098 and the plugs were easy enough to adjust.
