I like the fact this is made out of aluminum and not pot metal or plastic. The only complaint is you cant use it parallel to the camera lens, you can only mount it perpendicular as the shoes are sized only to allow the devices to mount that way. The camera shoe will usually let you mount items facing either way which helps for some of my devices. Either way this is a well made shoe mount so definitely recommend it if you need a dual mount.

Holds my OEM Nikon speed lights very well with clamp style locking shoes. Also even though they’re all metal mounts, it doesn’t short out the contacts on the hot shoes of my speedlights whether it’s my OEM Nikon, Yongnuo or Godox.

I ordered this for my Sony VX2100 and it is perfect except its shakiness. The fit is tight at first, but over time will get looser and shake around a bit.
