Most all-terrain vehicle (ATV) engines are typically liquid-cooled. The coolant is cooled by moving through an ATV radiator while air flowing through the radiator removes the unwanted heat.
The ATV radiator is tucked into the vehicle's frame, just ahead of the engine to both protect from damage as well as to position it to receive the optimum flow of air.
To maintain a cool temperature of the coolant and the engine, there is usually an electric fan mounted behind the ATV radiator to draw air through when the machine is idling, which is running while sitting still.
NICHE Radiator
- An ATV radiator usually includes an aluminum core made up of cooling tubes and cooling fins combined with plastic tanks that work to cool the engine of a machine.
- The aluminum core is the area of the radiator that the coolant flows through.
- Small aluminum strips called cooling fins, aid in absorbing the heat from the coolant.
- As the air passes over these fins and makes its way through the radiator, the heat dissipates back into the atmosphere.
- The cooling efficiency of a radiator can be increased by adding more rows of cooling tubes to the core.

Great fit, good price!!2004 sportsman 400 (late year model)No leaks and easy installation.Note that there's no hardware included, keep your old parts.You can easily access the radiator by removing the 2 front tire's and remove the 4 Bolt's (2 on top 2 at the bottom) and sliding the radiator out.

Replaced the OEM radiator that got busted. Fits perfectly, seems of good quality. I could buy 6 of these for the price of the OEM radiator. Even if it does not last (which I think it would based on good it looks) you can go wrong with this radiator. Installed on a Polaris 2019 Sportsman 570 EFI.

Replaced the OEM radiator on a 2016 Polaris 570 sportsman. This was the exact fit and had no issues replacing the old with the new. Make sure to keep all the rubber helmets from the old radiator and be careful when changing this in or working on it so you don't damage the fins.
