Key Features

Types of Differentials
- Limited slip differential (LSD): Two output shafts to rotate at different speeds.
- Torque vectoring differential: Uses electronic sensors to independently apply varying torque to each wheel.
- Open Differential: Most common. differential Allows wheels to receive different amounts of torque while cornering. Bad for slippery roads.
When to replace?

- The differential works to apply torque to both front and rear wheels.
- A center differential can often be found in Four Wheel Drive vehicles.
- This device is made up of a smaller set of both pinion and side gears that create the spider gear. This drives the rotational force of the case.
- The drive axles are splined into the gears as the case spins, causing the wheels to turn.

July 26,2023 Fit perfect in my machine! Comes prefilled. Only issue is the vent hose like others have mentioned is bigger, I just had to reuse the old fitting and ground it down to fit the new diff. Overall happy with this purchase!Update: Dec 2nd, diff still works great but the one axle seal is leaking, easy fix just annoying as we only took the machine out a couple times.

Bought this after my rear diff exploded on my 2006 grizzly 660. I finally got around to putting it in two days ago, I topped it up spun the axles while on the jacks and let the oil sink into the seal etc (personal preference) I took it out today mushroom picking up some crazy stuff tried the 4x4 on cement to make sure the ratio was good and it was. No complaints it whines a little which is probably normal it doesn’t sound alarming and it’s quite. It does shutter a little when engine braking but that could be some CV joint lash from the original axles.Make sure you hook up the ventilation line! It was a larger diameter than the one on the stock diff so I kept the original line and took a screw driver and melted the new line so it would go over the stock line that way I didn’t have to plumb anything the new line is too short anyways
