This handle threads on well to a 4 inch Nicholson and is much like a wood handle A Nicholson.Handle quality is good and it should swap well on small files.The A handle is more permanent.

You should really advertise this as a chainsaw file handle. Any flat file over 6" in length has a tang to wide to fit the threads. Kept them to use on my chainsaw files.

I purchased this handle not for a file, but as a replacement for a missing handle on a sharpening steel. I removed the metal insert and it fit perfectly.
