I am 5 foot three and 117 pounds, I normally wear an extra small or small, and this is very tight on me. To the point I was going to return it, but I think that it’s high enough that I’ll still be able to move around OK. And I’m wearing it over a cinching bodysuit also.

Important to note that this item doesn't really stretch and it's One-Size. I'm 5'5, 145lbs and this top worked for the event I needed it for. The crystals stayed on well. I actually ended up cutting the top into a shrug as I just wanted something to cover my arms. For the price, I can't complain.
