Works really well to cover the hot shoe contacts. I use them on a Sony a1 body and a7r3 body so they were not designed for Sony bodies, as a result they do slip off occasionally when placing the cameras into a backpack or pulling them out of said pack. My solution was to apply a small piece of electrical tape on the plastic tension bits on the underside of the cover. Now they stay put until I pull it off.

I bought this to give extra rain and snow protection of the hot shoe on my Sony A7RV. It fits perfectly and overlaps the opening giving better protection than the original Sony part.

I bought this after seeing it on a Canon R5 in a YouTube video. The video was not about this item, I just noticed it & then found another video by the same bloke where he listed it as part of his equipment. This is much cheaper than the Canon version

I love the fit and look that it gives, plus the little extra protection to the top of the shoe. I use it on my D7500. I couldn't find this info, but it does block the built-in flash from popping up. So, remember to remove it, before you need that flash. Other than that, perfect.

This fits both my D500 and D850 really well. It looks good and protects the hot shoe from the elements and reflections. However I did lose one after a couple years. It must have gotten caught on my bag and fell off. It only fell off once, but I lost it.

Diese Blitzschuhabdeckung ist zwar nicht günstig, passt aber auch sehr gut auf die Nikon D850 und dichtet den Blitzschuh sehr gut gegen Spritzwasser ab.
