I was very apprehensive on wiring a pigtail on my vehicle (not a wiring person)This kit took all the guest work out of it. Very straightforward, plug and play no cutting or splicing into the original harness. Would recommend this kit to anyone. These are vehicle specific. Price is perfect

Modern vehicle wiring is much more complex than it was in the 1970s and earlier. A harness like this makes it much easier to add basic trailer connections. There might be some way to do it without this, but I would not have wanted to add the wiring door Grand caravan The other way. This kit was pretty good for doing the job.

Needed to add a trailer kit to my RAV4, and this worked great. Easy to install, everything you need.

Proceed as necessary.Would be five stars if not for the less-than-50%-popular hooded female connector.I had to cut the hood off for the trailer's exposed male connector to fit and connect. After that all was good. Brake lights, turn signals, and running lights worked as expected.

I recently started building a small camper for "on-road" traveling and the Grand Caravan is the identified hauler - so I needed a trailer harness and selected this one. Overall I'd say the installation was easy and the harness as such was the right length and connectors.

The factory plugs to tail lights on Dodge require that you push a red clip (slide it toward rear of vehicle) then depress a black plastic tab in order to remove the connector. That grief has nothing to do with this product - but is something you have to remove in order to place this thing between the factory connector and factory tail light.
