These are surprisingly nice floor tiles that have both solid construction and an aesthetic appeal. They are billed for yoga and related activities, but you can use them for anything. I have them set up on a basement floor for my wife's floor exercise routine. They provide slightly less thickness than our mainstream brand mats but the quality and design are far better. They are more flexible and more resistant to tearing. Plus they look and feel like a professional mat instead of something that people use in a garage or workshop.

This flooring is perfect for the reck room. Soft, easy to install, and water resistant. A quick and easy way to cover a concrete floor. The flooring is really nice and feels great. No shoes required. Plus if a piece gets damaged just pull it up and replace it. This stuff just presses together like a puzzle. So easy. Perfect!
