This is working out perfectly for my outdoor clothesline. I have in the past used certain knots in the line to adjust tension. This makes it much easier to maintain tension. The weight/load linit on this version is nice for lots of heavy and wet clothes.

This is a very cool carabiner with a slide lock cam for you to tie gear down or hang a tensioned line. I could use this to tie stuff down for transport, tension a guyline on my camp tarp setup, hang a clothes line, imagination is the limit here. It has a high working load capacity, so with the proper rope it can do some solid work. I always appreciate the slide lock on the wire gate to keep it locked shut as well.
