everything you need to get your network started. You will also need to choose a cable for your particular engine. I had my Honda 250 on the network and reporting data back to me in about an hour. And I work pretty slow. 3 MPG WOOT Woot.

Linked my Honda outboard to my HDS Live units. Worked great and fairly straight forward install.

Read on the forums the Honda cables will work on tohatsu. Took a gamble on this cable and can confirm it plugs directly into tohatsu NMEA2000 plug on a new 40hp. Have it set up with my garmin 93sv and am getting engine data.

It worked great on my BF60 Honda outboard. I first bought a cheaper cable from another site, and it didn't work for me. This one also has a beefier cable instead of the flimsy one on the other one I bought.
