This sheet metal deburring tool is pretty handy. The hand guard is very nice to have. I wouldn't mind seeing that on every deburring tool. I don't mean to insult anyone's intelligence, but it's not hard to figure out how this is supposed to work. In case you're having trouble, there are videos available elsewhere online. It may not be 100% perfect, but it is the best tool for fast deburring of thin sheet metal that I have seen.

ステンレス板や鉄板の面取りに最適です。調節用に六角レンチがついてないのでそれだけが必要です。それと説明がないけど刃が裏面もついてるのでひっくり返して使えばかなり使えます。力を入れすぎるとアルミ板は少し引っかかるときがあるけど便利な道具です。

This is the second one I've purchased. The first time I saw this edging tool was at the Boeing surplus tool store where I purchased it for $1.00, that was in 1990. I've used it until recently when it could no longer trim the edges of the aluminum sheets I work with. I was ecstatic to find it here on Amazon. It's exactly the same as the one I bought at the Boeing surplus store and probably will be the last one I'll ever purchase.

I needed to deburr a bunch of sheet metal, but was having problems using a standard deburring tool for the job. After struggling with the standard tool, I asked the journeyman sheet metal workers at my job what they use and this is it.The circular cutters are adjustable for different thicknesses, and the cutters can be rotated or flipped for long life. The design is such that both the top and bottom edges of the sheet metal are deburred at once. The guard protects your fingers from the sharp edge being deburred, and the handle provides a firm grip. Very fast and easy to use.
