So far so good. Eliminated a constant humming when connecting my streamer to my AVR using 20 ft RCA interconnects.

Completely blocks DC current. Even the Left Shield is isolated from the Right Shield. You could even trade the signal and shield in say the Right output if you wanted to invert the signal to correct inverted sound to get BOTH Left and Right to PUSH at the same time and PULL at the same time. (Note: this isolator is used at the input of your amplifier.)
