The size US 10.5 is true to size. The laces are regular tie laces, not elastic. I just tie them loosely. It takes a little practice and break-in to easily slip-on. Slipping off is easy. The sock liner is removable which I prefer to add arch supports under the sock liner. The soles have a slightly tackiness which makes a small sticky sound on smooth floor surfaces. This seems to be common on the non-slip shoes. They appear more formal than black trainers, but not formal enough for combining with formal suits.

I got these shoes for my son for his nursing job. He says the fit well but are little wide for his foot. However, he says the soles were too hard to try to work a 12hr shift in so he didn't even try. "Too uncomfortable." He might try to break them in later around the house so I'll update my review accordingly if/when that happens. Wouldn't recommend if you're wanting to wear to work right out of the box.

My husband can walk a minimum of 10 miles a day for work but he's also gotta look good doing it - in a suit and be in front of guests who see him from head to toe. These shoes have nice styling, look great and disguise perfectly as dress shoes but provide him the cushioning and support that he desperately needs for all of those miles. He also has arch issues. He said the shoes are super lightweight and comfy and the non-slip aspect allows him greater confidence when navigating food & beverage service areas. We're happy to have found a good AND affordable work shoe for him.

The style of this shoe hits a sweet spot between comfortable sneaker and classy Oxford, so it's appropriate for front-of-house or back-of-house staff It's faux leather, which is not my favorite but it's the practical choice because it can be wiped clean and it's very water resistant. The listing says the shoe is waterproof. My experience with fake leather is that it wears out, often by cracking, much sooner than real leather. That may not always be true. But there is nothing about the outer material of this shoe that makes me think it is exceptionally durable, I would call it average and suitable for purpose though. These shoes will be good for wearing in the kitchen or in the rain, and the nonslip sole will keep you safe on wet surfaces. The sole is made of a somewhat soft-ish rubber, which helps its nonslip properties but may wear out a little faster than a harder rubber sole. This has the same dense, sturdy removeable foam insole as some other low end work shoes. It's not cushy but it's practical and holds up well. You could swap it out for a different insole if you want or need to.These shoes are easy on, easy off without any need to untie them. The tongue is very lightweight and thin, you may find you have to flatten it out after you put the shoes on and then you should be fine all day. The sole and midsole construction seems sturdy and suitable. There is nothing about it that seems like it is going to come apart. Again, it is good for standing and walking for extended periods.I will eventually be giving these shoes to a homeless person, more than likely one who is employed or newly obtaining work in the food service industry or some other line of work where these would be appropriate shoes, through my longtime St Vincent de Paul volunteer job. We receive a fair amount of requests for safety shoes for jobs. The shoes they need but lack the funds for are a key piece of the puzzle to improve their situation in life and eventually get out of homelessness.

These shoes exceeded my expectations! The non-slip sole design is excellent, providing great traction on both tiled floors and wet surfaces, so I don’t have to worry about slipping. They are also incredibly comfortable—the insole is soft and supportive, making them easy to wear for long periods without feeling tired. The material is breathable, keeping my feet cool, and the overall craftsmanship is impressive. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for both slip resistance and comfort!

I love it. I'm so happy that it was on discount because I needed a new pair for work and I couldn't afford the ones with a popular brand. These are comfortable to wear and they don't feel heavy. I do a lot of walking at work and this looks like it can survive the daily wear and tear for a long time. Plus they look nicer and look more like office shoes than work shoes, which is a big thing from where I work.
