Kitchen utensils and cookware are essential in any household, so when I came across this pan, I knew I had to give it a try. From the images to seeing it in person, it’s absolutely beautiful, and its large size makes it perfect for cooking an entire meal in one go.The company clearly took great care in packaging—the pan was well-protected, and it took a few minutes to remove all the packing materials. I also appreciated that they included clear first-time cleaning instructions, which were conveniently placed inside the pan.It is a bit heavier than a standard pan, but that’s expected given its size and durable materials. While the weight isn’t excessive, those with joint or coordination issues might find it a bit difficult to handle. One of the best aspects is how well it fits on our largest burner and how quickly it heats up—definitely a great feature for efficiency in the kitchen. The only major downside is that this pan is not dishwasher safe, which could be an issue for those who rely on dishwashers for easy cleanup. However, the overall quality and durability make it worth the extra effort. In fact, when we start replacing other pans, I’ll likely stick with this brand.Shipping was also fairly quick—the pan arrived just three days after ordering![ TLDR ]------------------------------------------[ ✓ ] Beautiful and well-made—high-quality materials with a sleek design.[ ✓ ] Large and functional—perfect for cooking full meals.[ ✓ ] Well-packaged—arrived in excellent condition with clear cleaning instructions.[ ✓ ] Heats up quickly—efficient and works well on large burners.[ ✓ ] Fast shipping—delivered in three days.[ / ] A bit heavier than standard pans—manageable for most, but could be difficult for those with joint or coordination issues.[ X ] Not dishwasher safe—requires hand-washing, which might be inconvenient for some.

I ordered this deep skillet with lid to use for frying ground beef, or chicken, or for making one pan stovetop casseroles. I am very satisfied with the quality of the pan. It is well constructed, the lid fits securely, and it is a durable quality of material. The lead has a steam hole – fantastic feature! The pan is a little heavier than I would generally prefer, but I also have weak wrists so this may not impact desirability for other users. The pan heats up extremely fast on the stovetop, likely due to the combination of the titanium and ceramic materials. Water boiled faster in this pan than in any of my other cookware, which was a nice surprise.Be sure to follow the directions to prepare the skillet for first time use. Also be aware this is not oven safe nor is it dishwasher safe, and you should not let acidic foods such as spaghetti sauce sit in the pan for long. Bear this in mind compared to your clean up preferences and based on what you plan to cook in the pot before making a decision to buy.I think the $49 price is reasonable for the quality received, especially given how quickly it heats up. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Hooray, a flat bottom high sided saute/fry pan. Pour a little oil in the middle to heat up and it doesn't just run off to collect at the sides and do absolutely no coating of your meat during cooking in the center of the pan. I used this tonight and the oil stayed dispersed over the bottom pretty uniformly which is just what you need for proper sauteing or frying as can be seen in my after photo with the oil still distributed pretty evenly. The oil collected in the front was moved there from when I tonged out and the meat dragged a little as I lifted it toward me. (I had in fact, tested the pan before with just plain water and it didn't run to the sides at all.)At first I didn't know if I would like the high sides, but I have always hated the grease spatter on my new glass cooktop because cooked-on grease is a chore to remove. I've been meaning to get a grease splatter cover but haven't seen one I like and they are a pain to keep clean but with this you don't even need one. Very nice indeed! And it comes with a glass metal rimmed lid with a steam port which is a very nice feature. Very happy with this.

Wow! This is an extra high quality pan, and I recommend it 100%.The pan came very carefully packaged to perfectly protect every component (lid, pan, handle). The pan itself is much heavier than other similar pans I have. I had a Rachel Ray 5.5-quart sauté pan that eventually became warped and uneven on the bottom, and that's because the pan was very thin and light and just not sturdy enough. This pan is much heavier and much sturdier, and I can't imagine a scenario where this pan would bend or warp.I order a lot of cookware, and often I find that the claimed volume (in quarts) is false. It's not unusual to order a 6-quart Dutch oven and then when you measure it, it actually only holds about 4.5 quarts. There is no such problem with this pan. It claims to be 5.5 quarts. I measured it carefully using tap water and measuring cups, and it holds EXACTLY 5.5 quarts before water starts pouring over the edges of the pan.The pan comes with interesting instructions. It advises preparing the pan before first use by boiling water in it for 5-8 minutes. That's a new one on me, as often new nonstick cookware should be seasoned by rubbing a thin layer of cooking oil over the nonstick surface with a paper towel. Not so with this pan -- just water! The nonstick performance of this pan is superb. At the price point (with the 25% discount available today online), this pan is an excellent value. This is very high quality, heavy-duty cookware that looks sharp and performs extremely well. You can't go wrong with this purchase.
