Compare the CC2 vs CC2lite
The CC2 and the CC2lite are different sizes. The CC2 is larger and intended for 32 oz (or liter) bottles and cargo bags, dry bags, camping accessories. The CC2lite is a smaller version great for everyday use with easy velcro straps. Perfect for 24 oz bottles or speakers.

Nice! Gives extra space to easily pass a strap under the mount w/o hitting the frame. Good for stuff a bit larger than a bike bottle.

Very nice cargo cage that will hold multiple sizes of bottles. Straps are junk. I use a Voile strap to secure my 24 oz bottle.

This cage is the perfect width and size to have on the downtube. A big unknown question I had was how close would it get to my front tire. In my photos on the review I show it mounted with a 24 oz water bottle and there is still 3.5 inches of clearance from the tire. I am running a 29x3 tire and 150mm of travel fork. I think it could be adjusted to fit much larger items very easily. I highly recommended this cage and plan on getting more for other bikes I own. Please use a torque wrench to tighten especially in carbon or aluminum frames.

The only place for me to mount a cage is on my down tube, so I wanted something that could hold a hydroflask with secure straps. It’s small, but solid metal and very sturdy. This is exactly what I was thinking of, and the only one I found that’s slim enough to not hit my sprocket. Love it.

Built very strong! Dedending on what you're carrying, you may need longer and stronger straps but the actual cage is superior to all others that I have. The screws supplied are also of the highest quality. So far I have only done one 30+ mile off road ride carrying a tarp on one cage and a half gallon stainless steel container on the other cage...and all good.
