Looks better than the original wood veneer. Simple instructions:Pry off end piece. No screws need removed, it is press-fit into a channel.Once you have it out you'll have an unknown quantity/pattern of glue holding the original in. I used a 22" square to separate the veneer from the panel.Once I got it out I used actual duct flex tape to patch any tears in the door material (shiny paper over cardboard). These black panels are opaque so you can't see through them to the silver paper.Put the new panel in. I only removed the protective film from one side.Replace the end strip with force. If you can't get it to go in, PUSH HARDER. Don't let it win, YOU are the human, show it who's the boss.Wipe off any fingerprints before your wife sees them.#Victory

Buyer beware...the dimensions in the description is the size of the PACKAGE not the panel inserts. This was great for us, because the inserts we needed were slightly smaller and they worked perfectly for both the upper door panel and the fresh food panel.
