This 9 inch springform pan accommodates standard size recipes. Fragile foods are easy to unmold with removable band and sturdy buckle. With its premium nonstick surface made without PFOA, this pan allows you to make cheesecakes and other delicate desserts with no mess. The pan diameter: base 9.8 inches, collar 9.3 inches and the interior is 8.8 inches. With a 3.1 inch height and 10 cup capacity. Use and Care: 1. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. 2. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. 3. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. 4. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Globally sourced

Use this for making cheesecake so far love the way the bottom is designed easy to get cheesecake off of pan no struggling

perfect for cakes, they lock and release well, i use wax paper and spray regardless of the non stick coating so never tested it bare. THEY DO LEAK IN WATER if using a water bath. Surround it in foil.

Have had several springform and that really didn't perform well. This pan has worked beautifully and cleans up well. A great addition to my kitchen arsenal!

I like the weight and the quality of this pan it has a grooved bottom so that the removable piece will not leak as it fits nicely into the groove.

Seems well built, but unfortunately, where the seam is has a gap so it can’t snuggly press against the bottom of the pan and leaks out at the seam. Try a couple different recipes with the same experience, even with potatoes on the bottom and quiche on top, it still leaks
