There is nothing like Nordic Ware in terms of quality and durability. This Star of David makes an impressive cake (unfortunately, my cake looked better than it tasted!). I bought two and sent one as a gift. As advised by other reviewers, used JOY cooking spray and the cake came out easily. Highly recommend.

Forma sensacional , linda e ótima. Único contra é que não veio bem protegida dentro da embalagem , poderia ter sido amassada no transporte eventualmente , fico feliz que chegou perfeita.Sensational, beautiful and great shape. The only cons is that it didn't come well protected inside the packaging, it could have been crumpled in the transport eventually, I'm glad it arrived in perfect condition.

Tolle Backform! Die kleinen Stege oben auf dem Kuchen sind nicht verbrannt oder hängen geblieben! Und gut zu portionieren ist er auch, da man sich beim anschneiden an den Ecken orientieren kann.

Wanted this pan for a long time. Have made many Bundt cakes over the years, and never had them pile up long the center hole! LOL! First problem. I used a regular cake mix. Second problem. I didn't watch the video. After I made the first cake in the photo, and then watched the video, and searched to find out what could have gone wrong ... I am a reformed Bundt maker. Now, I use a recipe from my mother's old, original Bundt Cake recipe book by Nordic Ware. Then, I have always used the spray with flour already in the solution, but I now brush it out to coat the pan evenly. Then I tap the pan on the counter a couple times to remove bubbles, and tilt it to coat the sides. Perfection. The cake slides right out and is beautiful.

Apparently Amazon is consolidating reviews of this Star of David Bundt pan with other shapes. This review is of the Star of David Bundt pan.(Although, had I world enough and time- or more practically, lots of $$ and infinite storage space- I would have ALL the NordicWare shaped pans, except probably the stadium one.)I love the quality of these pans! They are very reliable, and the designs are great.A lot of my extended family is Jewish, so this will be a fun addition to clan get-togethers.Protips: Do NOT put these pans in the dishwasher! That really harms their coating. And for best releasing, grease and flour the pan immediately before adding the batter, rather than before mixing it up. Spray oils help in getting oil into all the details these pans have.Meanwhile, I look forward to making a nice Bundt cake in this pan for my extended family!

This is a great bundt pan. The design is very detailed. I was worried that the cake would stick because of the detail in the design, but we've made 4 cakes in it now and with greasing and flouring the pan, the cake comes out perfectly.The pan is slightly small so my normal bundt cake recipe is too much for the pan, you'll want to take that into account when you bake with it. Don't overfill it.It would be nice if the company had developed bundt cake recipes specifically for this pan, so the trial and error would be done for you.We took chocolate bundt cakes to a Hanukkah pot-blessing and the cakes were very impressive.

My wife and I saw this and decided we had to have it for the family. There's not much in the way of nice cake pans available with a Jewish theme. This pan is excellent!! We've purchased a variety of NordicWare's novelty pans in the past, including the Castle pan. This one is the same high quality and will be MUCH easier to decorate with it predictably linear theme which is outlined by straight grooves. My wife is especially impressed that the Star is created "correctly" with interlocking triangles.NordicWare pans are quite heavy, they bake very evenly, and will last a lifetime. The nonstick coating is unrivaled. We've never had a sticking problem even with the NordicWare pans with more complex designs than this one. Always remember to spray them before pouring in the cake batter and you will never have a problem. Now we can only hope they create a mini-cake pan version.
