Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Before each use, brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used. Do not use regular cooking spray. Mixes and recipes may vary. Fill the pan cavatities no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Oven safe to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Exterior measurements including handles 8.1 x 14.9 x 1.8 inches. Pan has 6 cavities and a total capacity of 5 cups. Made in USA.

I mainly purchased this to make xl apple donuts, but it makes cute little cakes which are perfect for giving. My husband and I are retired and I can make and freeze little cakelets so a big cake doesn't go to waste when it gets stale or we tire of it.For a fun alternative to cakes or donuts or even muffins, try this!

Wonderful baking pan, sturdy, even heating, beautiful detail. Read instructions on how to PREP before baking and how to CLEAN afterward. Will make great show-stopping baked goods for years to come. Will be nice to pass down to the kids who will bake after me❤️
