I have a NordicTrack treadmill and wanted to use the OEM lube, which is why I paid double the price ($48 for this vs. $23 for another generic brand). Unfortunately, the item I received is not NordicTrack brand. The package has no reference to NordicTrack anywhere. It just says, 'Treadmill Accessory Kit'. Apparently, this is 'Non-returnable due to hazmat safety reasons'. Had I known this was a generic brand, I would have gone with the one that was half the price. I hope it works as expected, but this review and the low rating is for this misleading item description.

I received the order. Box was damaged, instructions are poor and the treadmill key does not work. Was not worth the extra $15 for shipping. Everything else we have ordered has been great except the Treadmill Accessory Kit.

This is exactly what one needs to lubricate the NordicTrack belt correctly. Note that the bar is not strongand requires careful use, but it needs to be flexible to do its work.

it appears to be from the Manufacturer, box looks legit, but the wand broke on the first attempt by an 80 YO man. clearly not made to last. dissapointing

Worked fine. My treadmill was abruptly stopping and sometimes briefly slowing (which could be made out only while running at higher speed). After application, it is smooth and has not stopped so far (after 3-4 hours). Price on amazon and on Proform website is similar. Checked with Proform, before buying this, since I was supposed to use wax based (not silicone). They suggested this which was on their website, but I preferred to buy on amazon due to ease of buying prime items. I read reviews about applicator breaking, which certainly possible due to its flimsy nature. I've seen a lot of people loosening the belt and applying it. I was lazy to do it. So I did by inserting the applicator first under the belt and then holding the belt and applicator, moved them together back and forth few times. I didn't break my applicator. The same lubricant is also sold as individual packs on Amazon, but priced at 9.98$, which would 29.94$ when you buy three. So buying this makes more sense, since this comes with applicator, belt cleaner, magnetic key etc in addition.

Arrived promptly. Everything seems to be working correctly. A bit expensive for what the pack contains but if you can purchase on sale - all the better. It does seem to contain everything you need (my husband does the actual maintenance, not me). If I hear differently from him, I'll try to update this review.

Not impressed for the price. The plastic bar that you're supposed to use to apply the lubricant is cheap plastic. The 2 sections used to hold on broke the first day just moving it up and down as instructed under the belt to apply the lubricant. They give you a giant bottle of cleaner and 3 tiny packets of lubricant. For what you pay I would expect a bottle of lubricant and a much smaller amount of cleaner. I'd advise getting one of the high rated lubricants alone than wasting money on this.

Item came in good time, however it was missing the 2 replacement magnetic keys...those 2 keys were the only reason that justified paying over $20 for the item. However, since I need the other items that were included in the package for my treadmill maintenance I kept them and threw away the box. Fogdog told me I had to return item for refund. Since I no longer have the box, it is a huge hassle to pack up and return. I was hoping for partial reimbursement or for them to send the 2 replacement keys separately. So, I paid over $30 with shipping for 3 small packets of treadmill belt lube, a small bottle of cleaner, and a crappy rag...lesson learned! It's my fault for ordering from a company that is not "fulfilled" by Amazon...and that also has pretty bad ratings. Oh, well...l will never be ordering from fogdog again.
