I am giving medication to my cat, and that is not an easy thing EVERYday.!!I have tried several syringes, even the ones that come from the pharmacy RX, with the medication.Reading from the reviews, "I though OK, lets try this one"Good decession , the plungers in smooth moving, beyond words,and when you basically only get one good shot with a cat and having his mouth open,these are fast, and smooth, and accurate. !!I will re-buy again!I just wanted to give an update!! if it was possible to give these 10 stars I would.1. because the action in the pump is superb,2. with the medication I have to use for my boy, it would take OFF the #s and lines on the OTHER COMPANY syringes( i tried), so you could not read,were you were at; for accurate delivery;and I felt that he might be getting some of that dye in his mouth.I have use one of this companies,syringe several times rinsing it out and the #s an lines do NOT come off.3. the size is perfect for quick action, an success!:):) WITH this cat I have one shot, an if not, I am chasing him around the house. !!

These are the great for tincture. Tried some with rubber tips, but they did not slide easily. These work great.

As you might guess, like bathing a cat, giving a cat oral medicine should be an Olympic sport. My cat tries to be Houdini and escape but having a good grip on her head means she has a death wish. So a game of cat and mouse ensues. By the time I catch her, the last thing I want is a syringe that is hard to push one-handed. This one is perfect in that regard.

Norm-Ject® is a great 1 ml syringe for various purposes. It's 100% plastic: polypropylene barrel and polyethylene plunger which are chemically inert and noncytotoxic. This is helpful if you use it with organic solvents - less likely to react than with a rubber plunger. It comes handy if you want to dispense small volumes of highly volatile solvents (e.g. low molecular weights aldehydes): the regular adjustable scientific pipettor won't work properly with them, so you need something which works in a positive displacement mode.

I have tried probably a dozen different syringes between what I use at work as well as what I have purchased myself. This syringe is the only one that I have found that the numbers do not rub off, the measurements are always at you, and the plunger does not stick. If I could give this a review above five stars I would!

Excellent quality. Easiest tyro of syringe so far to administer medicine to a cat. There is no lag in ability to push the plunger to administer medicine. Helps for accuracy in aiming the medicine to the back cheek.
