This plastic cheese knife is the best! It cuts cheese so easy and I always hand wash it immediately so it stays sharp and doesn’t get banged up in the dishwasher. Cheese does NOT stick to it! Definitely worth the money!

Read the description folks. It states SOFT cheese, cake, eggs, etc. Of course it would break trying to use it on hardD cheeses! Yes, the tip bends easily so be careful but enjoy this great knife.

Does exactly what it says it will, and does it well. It's a little unnerving just how well it works, because it doesn't seem like this kinda flimsy looking knife should be able to cut cheeses so easily.It's been through the holiday charcuterie season with no issues, and does fine on the top rack of the dishwasher. Would definitely buy it again.

I had a similar knife for over 10 years, decided it was time for a new one. Wrong! The first time I used this knife the cutting edge bent, no longer cuts smoothly. Save your money-don’t buy this product.

This knife cuts through cheese like cutting through butter! The best part is, the cheese doesn’t stick to the blade after it’s cut 👍🏻

Love/Hate it. After 6 months: First a small piece of the heel folded over, then broke off. Then the same at the point. Finally, the handle snapped in half under the rubber grip insert. It'll cut cheese, even hard cheese, very well. Slices through soft cheese without smashing it or the cheese getting stuck to the blade. But. I recommend using a "pinch grip" to support the blade and don't just use handle leverage. The plastic tang is about the diameter of a large pencil. Baby it, keep it level and don't smash into the cutting board with the heel or point making contact first. If you have a wife who does not understand what a "pinch grip" is and accuses you of 'mansplaining' when you try to enlighten her, hide it. Otherwise the thing is a goner. Love/Hate her.
