Used it to cut branches for several hours last weekend removing branches from one to five inches.Takes a little effort but it cut very well.So much better than the Fiskars pole saw I had.Did what I needed to do and kept me off ladders :-)Minor Issues:1) I had to spray a little lubricant into one of the push pins as it was sticking.2) Works best when cutting straight down, A few branches I attempted to cut more on a horizontal were challenging as the saw would often jump out of the cut.3) Thinner branches swayed too much for the saw to cut.

We ordered this pole saw for my husband's business. The item description and price would lead one to believe that the complete pole saw would be delivered. Instead we just received the telescoping pole with the saw blade. We sent it back and are hoping to receive some clarification of whether the incorrect item was sent or if their advertisement/product description were wrong.

The pole is nice, but the saw part was not delivered. I’m sure the product will work well if I can find a blade for it.

The Silky Hayauchi saw blade is the best I've used. I had the Silky pole as well and gave it my brother and then couldn't find a replacement until I came across this one. This pole is comparable and it has the same blade.
