These held up very nicely. We used them for a rainy day at Disney. They folded up nice and small but were durable enough not to tear on us and they had snap buttons and a hood. Would highly recommend.

Bought these to use at Disneyland's Splash Mountain and it worked great. Quality is very decent. Buttons work well, they are completely waterproof, and they are so cheap. They pack up fairly small as well. Only "issue" is that the hood is very pointy and if you get the white color, your kids will look like they are in a notorious organization, easily remedied by poking in the tip.
