It's okay and serves the purpose. However, my grandma said it was pretty tight and it's very warm which I wouldn't expect since the fabric seemed light. Overall, she uses it for a backup.

My daughter has an autoimmune condition that causes her hair to sometimes fall out in spots. As it grows back in, she likes to wear hat and these skull caps are her favorite. This one she likes because it's summer and the fabric breathes. The hat itself is darling, very soft but bright pink with purple and lavender butterflies. It fits well, doesn't slide down, and she's enjoying it during this very hot summer.
