2.Electric ceramic burner doesn't stay red all the time, it turns red cyclically, and the higher the power level, the more often it turns red. It's not malfunctioning.

Gave it some time to use and review, pretty close to a month of use so far and would have to say this unit is quite impressive. Both burners get hot and get hot quick for use. At first when I received it, the instructions giving were for an electrician to install it as a counter drop top install and that was not my intentions to cut any holes for a permanent install to use. After doing more research and reading I was relieved that I had made the right purchase in getting this unit since you are able to use it on the countertop plugged into a 120V outlet to use, plus it has rubber feet and ventilation vents for counter top usage, so this is a dual electric stovetop unit that can be used both ways as noted that truly and really can be used both ways if required. The exterior design is simple and elegant with the two silver knobs for each burner and their 9-power heating range adds to the touch of simplicity to using the unit. The glass top is heavy duty that can accommodate a wide assortment of pots and pans without fail and peace of mind using with easy maintenance and cleaning. The one thing to keep aware of is the wattage for each burner using it if you are adding this as an extra appliance to use in the kitchen to use at the same time as what you already have and using to prevent tripping main breakers, this one is on the user. Both burners at high power (their 9-power watt setting) combined are 2000W, divide both burners the larger burner is 1400W and the smaller burner is 600W. Did learn that I couldn’t have both burners going and using my 1250W microwave and air fryer at the same time…reset breaker and learnt!! Overall, it’s an efficient, stylish, and safe addition to the kitchen. Strong heating burners that maintain efficient elements and do not see any limitations in having this as an added additional source, weather using it as an extra added burner or using it hooked up to a generator during a storm or whatever you can think of using it when you need extra burners for a situation and solution to fit the task and issues needed. Would highly recommend this unit overall!!

Needed a little something extra for the garage, a place to heat up some chili or fry up a burger without stinking up the whole house. This Noxton 12-inch electric cooktop seemed like it could do the job. Simple, two burners, figured it wouldn't be too complicated.Got it installed pretty easy, just plugged it in. The knob controls are basic, but they do what they're supposed to. Nine power levels, which is more than I expected. Fired it up, and those burners got hot quick. Real quick. The residual heat indicator is a nice touch, keeps you from accidentally burning yourself when you're cleaning up.Now, it's small, no doubt about it. You're not cooking Thanksgiving dinner on this thing. But for what I needed, a quick meal or heating something up, it's perfect. The burners are even, heat's consistent. I like the countertop option, keeps it movable. I've also seen it could be built in, but I haven't tried that.The only thing that got me a little was how long it takes to cool down. Even after you turn it off, those burners hold heat for a bit. You gotta be careful, especially if you've got kids around.It's not fancy, it's not high-tech, but it does what it's supposed to do. A solid little cooktop for a small space. Gets the job done.

I'm really pleased with my Noxton 12 Inch Electric Cooktop.The burners are full-sized and work at the same time, if needed.One side is only 600 watts-perfect for heating veggies or cooking something on low.The other side goes up to 1400 watts and heated my pasta water as quickly as my glass top stove.My stove has other cooking appliances on top of it, so it's much easier for me to use this on any clear space.I'm definitely happy about the rubber feet. (I have another similar burner that SAYS it can be built-in or on the counter, but there are no feet and it doesn't sit steadily.) This Noxton burner sits still perfectly. Plus, the power cord is about 46" long, plenty to reach that outlet.I also like that it is NOT a touch screen. Real live knobs, with easy grip surfaces, that turn with a click. No guesswork as to whether it is being turned on and off.Well vented sides and bottom.Includes manual and adhesive trim for drop-in mounting. Also includes a scraper for cleaning, although I can't imagine using it on mine. If you wipe it down after using with a damp cloth, it cleans up nicely.Price is competitive with other similar units, but works better, imo.

Gets very hot, make sure nothing is nearby that can get caught on fire. Easy to clean AFTER it's fully cooled off which took about an hour.

Vitroceràmica muy buena fácil de usar y muy fácil de instalar. Si os pasa como a mí que la vitroceràmica anterior iba con silicona y no sabéis como se fijará ésta, no os preocupéis, limpiar bien el resto de silicona y a ésta le instaláis la cinta que te viene y las grapas, queda super bien fijada.Por el tema de los cables, no os preocupéis si vienen sin clavija, se conecta directamente al dominó (ficha de conexiones) si tenéis enchufe "hembra", fijaros que sea de 32A y tendréis que comprar el enchufe "macho" el azul en la N el marrón y negro en la L1 y el verde amarillo en el que queda que tiene un simbólico de antena "tierra" no tiene mas secretos.Calienta super rápido, recordar las recomendaciones del fabricante, se recomienda no conectar los 4 fogones al máximo, encender los 4 pero no paséis de 7, esa temperatura ya calienta bastante.

The Noxton 12 Inch Electric Cook-top 2 Burners is a well built cook-top that has some weight to it so it will not move easily once the four rubber feet are screw in ( there are no direction to the placement of these feet, but you can tell by the small holes to where the screws are inserted). The knob has a very smooth action to them as well as good heat regulating control. The degree of temperature of the burners can be traced by the LED number readout (pic.#5). When the heating elements are shut off the LED reads "H" (hot) until the burner is cooled down to the touch.The unit heated up a small pot of water at a middle temp about the same time as a stove would. The pot used was a very good heavy stainless steel not aluminum (gives you the ideal of well this cook-top works using only a standard plug in 110v). The unit comes with direction to mount in a countertop and it also has sealing tape to secure it to the countertop in-case you are mounting it instead of stand alone. This would make an excellent secondary back up to a Thanksgiving meal, outdoors (undercover) or tiny home. Very Fast Shipping

Chauffe rapidement, s’intègre facilement et très simple d’utilisation. Mais pourquoi alors le concepteur a t’il fait le choix de ne proposer qu’il seul feu ??Pour moi c’est un peu aberrant et surtout très dommage parce que pour le reste cette plaque de cuisson est top !
