The battery was difficult to replace. It does not hold a charge. Charged for 2 days. Says it is 100% but as soon as it is unplugged it drops to 0%. As soon as it is plugged back in it shows 100%.

The included tool to remove the screws does not fit. Looks like the point is too long to fit the hex head of the screws. Product returned for replacement.

My old battery was only holding charge for 3 hours, said 100% at start. Ordered new battery and installed as per video, was a smooth process. New battery would not charge, indicator said it was full, but when unplugged there was nothing.I may have done something wrong, the GPS may have been bad, or could have been battery. I can not say for 100% it was the battery. Garmin wanted $140 to replace/repair, so I decided to throw it out. Now using free golf GPS on phone.

Excellent customer service! My initial charge overnight showed 100% charged, but I only got 14 holes in after only 2 hours of use before I got the recharge battery soon message.Of course disappointed, I initiated a return. Very promptly, I received a response from customer service, suggesting I try another USB charger and see if that works. It did!!I now get 2 full 18 hole rounds in on 1 charge.Also, the 2-piece tool kit allows for easy installation!!!I definitely recommend!

Trouble getting old battery out . Factory adhesive kept battery firmly in place and had to find a flexible tool to work it free! Maybe kit should have something to ease battery out. Battery is installed and works great!
